All classes will be held at Sheep Creek Farms.
Puppy Preschool: Five 1-hour classes
Cost: $200 plus GST.
Dates: February 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th and March 6th. Times TBA
** Please note: There are NO make-up classes or refunds if you cannot attend one of these dates.
Puppies are fun and easy to train. These classes will offer lots of tidbits and training tips that will make owning your puppy much more enjoyable. The biggest mistake many owners make with puppies is giving them too much freedom in the house too soon. This allows bad habits to develop unchecked. For your own safety and to prevent problems, puppies should not be loose in the house during these classes and lessons. All lessons will be taught with positive reinforcements to shape better behavior.
In these classes puppies will be learning their name, look, go to mark, building recall, walking on soft leash, socializing, no jumping, no barking, no biting, house training, and introduce “wait”, “stay”, and “leave it”. You will also learn canine nutrition, how to clip nails, and grooming tips.
Puppies must be 12 weeks – 6 months old depending on breed.
Puppies must have 2nd vaccinations.
Puppies must be wearing a flat buckle collar and be on a leash 4ft to 6ft long.
Bring training treats (chicken hot dogs preferred) and your puppy’s crate.
These classes are limited to 6 dogs.
Basic Obedience: Six 1-hour classes

In these classes dogs will be learning/re-learning their name, look, go to mark, building recall, walking on soft leash, socializing, no jumping, no barking, no biting, house training, and introduce “wait”, “stay”, and “leave it”. You will learn proper nutrition, how to clip nails, and grooming tips. Some agility equipment will be introduced such as the tunnel and jumps.
Dogs must be 6 months of age or older.
Dogs must have all their vaccinations up to date.
Dogs must be wearing a flat buckle collar and be on a leash 4ft to 6ft long.
Bring training treats (chicken hot dogs preferred) and your dog’s crate.
These classes are limited to 6 dogs.
